Evraz to sell 15.04% in Delong Holdings Ltd for $91.7 mln

MOSCOW, Jun 1 (PRIME) -- U.K.-based mining giant Evraz, which operates mainly in Russia, has signed a deal to sell 15.04% in Chinese metals company Delong Holdings Limited to Decade Holdings Limited for U.S. $91.7 million, Evraz said in a statement on Friday.

The average price per share stands at 7.42 Singapore dollars, or about U.S. $5.55, which is a 65% premium to the current market price of the shares, the company said.
